Gregory Foster Dellea is awaiting trial on charges of vehicular homicide, manslaughter and reckless driving. In the meantime the Hernando County man has pled no contest to charges of retail grand theft on Thursday. The plea also settled a charge of violation of probation. He was given eight months and credit for the four months he has already spent in jail.

Dellea is now set for a March 5 pre-trial date on a car accident that killed a 77-year-old Spring Hill man. That car crash occurred in April of 2009. The 19-year-old will serve his current sentence in the Hernando County jail.
